Information on the right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to revoke the mandate agreement concluded within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or receipt of proper withdrawal instructions. The right of revocation is exercised by submitting a clear declaration (e.g. in writing, by fax or by e-mail) by informing us of your decision to revoke this contract. to hand in. You can use the attached sample - Revocation form - but this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments that we have received from you will be refunded to you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us before exercising the right of withdrawal with regard to the contract compared to the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of revocation shall also expire if the service has been provided in full and the performance of the service has only begun after your express consent to this and you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation upon complete fulfillment of the contract.
