Conciliation hearing
Usually within a few weeks after submission of a Action for unfair dismissal The court sets a date for a conciliation hearing. No applications are made at this stage. An attempt is made to reach an amicable settlement. If this is successful, the proceedings usually end with a SETTLEMENT. If the negotiation fails, a date is set for an oral hearing.
