Insolvency administrator
If your employer becomes insolvent, an insolvency administrator takes over the business. This often results in individual employees being dismissed. If you have a Termination received from an insolvency administrator, the Limitation period three weeks from receipt of the Termination must also be observed. This even applies to other Terminationreasons than those according to the Dismissal Protection Act (personal, behavioral or operational reasons).
