Arbitration proceedings
If a trainee is dismissed without notice, a conciliation procedure must first be carried out before recourse is made to the labor court. The conciliation committee must hear both parties. If the decision of the conciliation committee is not accepted by both parties within one week, an appeal can be made to the labor court within two weeks of receipt of the decision.
