Part-time employment
If you work part-time, you must not be disadvantaged as a result. In other words, you may not be paid a lower hourly wage than if you worked full-time on the grounds that you only work part-time. You even have the right to switch from part-time to full-time and vice versa. However, if you refuse to switch from part-time to full-time or vice versa, you may not be dismissed. Should your employer nevertheless Termination due to your refusal, then this is Termination ineffective. The Termination must be made within three weeks of receipt of the Termination in court. Otherwise the Termination as effective.
