Small business clause
In small companies with fewer than 5 or 10 employees, the strong Terminationprotection of the Dismissal Protection Actit is not. Nevertheless, your employer may not dismiss you arbitrarily or for extraneous reasons. They must therefore show a minimum level of social consideration and must not throw you out the door because they "don't like your nose".
