Reason for termination

In principle, in the event of an extraordinary Termination the Terminationreasons must not be given. However, you are entitled to have your employer give you the Terminationreasons immediately if you request this from them. Of course, this also applies to you if you resign as an employee and your employer demands that you disclose the reasons for your resignation. Terminationreason is required.

An obligation to give reasons already in the TerminationHowever, this declaration may result from collective agreements, employment contracts or special laws such as the Maternity protectionAct or the Vocational Training Act.
