Probationary period

If you have agreed a probationary period with your employer, they can give you two weeks' notice. However, this applies for a maximum probationary period of six months. Other botice periodmay result from your employment contract or collective agreement. Against a Termination during the probationary period, you must inform us within three weeks of receiving the Termination Action for unfair dismissal raise. Otherwise the Termination as effective.
