Point system

If you are dismissed for operational reasons, your employer can set a so-called points system. In doing so, he or she will weight the length of service, age, maintenance obligations and the Severe disability of the employee and awards points in each case. He is not obliged to make a decision based on the points determined in this way, but can also deviate from the result found in individual cases if there are comprehensible reasons.
