Special protection against dismissal
Certain groups of people enjoy specialterminationprotection. These include Works council memberdata protection officers, pregnant women, trainees, severely disabled persons, parents in Parental leave or persons who Care leave claim. They may either not be dismissed at all or only under special conditions. Nevertheless, a Termination within the three-week Limitation period from receipt of the Termination be attacked. Otherwise the Termination as effective.
