Vacation
The Federal Leave Act stipulates that you have a statutory leave entitlement of 24 days for a 6-day week. Accordingly, you are entitled to 20 days' leave for a 5-day week. If your employer does not grant you the leave you want, you should be careful not to take it yourself. Your employer could dismiss you without notice and your chances of success in a subsequent Terminationsservation proceedings would be bad. Instead, you should apply for a temporary injunction and obtain your vacation entitlement in court.
