Whistleblowing
If grievances or misconduct on the part of the employer are discovered and reported internally or externally by employees, this is known as whistleblowing. This is associated with risks for employees. If you have the opportunity to have the matter clarified internally by your employer or to have the misconduct rectified, you should take advantage of this opportunity. Otherwise you could be dismissed without notice. Terminationwhich can then be upheld. You should therefore seek advice, especially if you are considering reporting your employer to the public prosecutor's office. You bear the risk that the information is correct and reliable. You should therefore inform yourself in advance before you report your employer to third parties.
